As a data processor we work directly with online Publishers (data controllers) to administer and monetize their opt-in database. We also work with global brands and agencies (Clients) to provide targeted third-party advertising and promotional communications.

As a Processor, we provide all our Publishers with best-practice guidance and put them through a detailed data protection compliance process before engagement. Then ultimately, we act upon their instruction, under a List Management Agreement.
Concurrently, as a Processor we work with Clients and may with your consent share your personal data with them to support their work in the areas of online targeting, fraud prevention, identification verification and other areas of financial services.
Third parties may become aware of any Users’ personal data in their capacity as “external data processor”, such as, including, but not limited to, providers entrusted with the sending of marketing e-mails for the account of the Controller, outsourcing or cloud computing services providers, professionals and advisors. External data processors are:

Users have the right to obtain a list of the external data processor (if any) appointed by the Processor upon a specific request.
We only work with Publishers and their data, where the consumer has given clear opt-in consent to the Marketing and third-party use of their data. The data variables we process include, where available:
- Full Name
- Address
- Mobile No.
- Email Address
- Gender
- Date of Birth
- Data Source
- IP Address
- Date of Collect
· We store data for the retention period stated by the Publisher
· We encourage our Publishers & Clients to help us keep the data debugged and up to date
· We provide our contact details to all Publishers to ensure the consumer can action any privacy requests
· We carry out monthly updates by removing, debugging and updating records, as instructed by the Publisher and ultimately the consumer. This process ensures the consumer has the right of access, rectification, deletion, limitation, portability or opposition, by the following actions:
- Ask the Publisher what information is held, who it is shared with and receive a copy of their data
- Ask the Publisher to delete or stop communication
- Ask the Publisher to transfer a copy of their details to another organization, where appropriate.
